I know I am getting way ahead of myself ....but ..... The disappointments over the years have been many with Atlanta. I have been to many games going back to the early 70's. That is why you don't see too many of us talking trash on these boards. My greatest fear is for Atlanta and Phily in a rematch at the Ga. Dome and Mike Vick coming home to haunt us in the NFC Championship game. Through all the tuff times over the years of losing then for that to happen would pretty much cap it off. Your comments on this would be appreciated. Like I said I know I am getting way ahead of myself but that thought has entered my mind from time to time lately.
Atlanta is 6-0 at home this season but Vick owns the Dome.

Looking at the Falcon’s weakness to this point defensively is against the run. We seem to go to sleep in every game in the 3rd quarter then wake up in the 4th quarter when the game is on the line. After watching the Bears/Patriots game it is obvious they have the team to beat in the NFL. Atlanta somehow will need to play with the same intensity for 60 minutes to be the best team in the NFL. Home field advantage for them will be huge in the playoffs.

Well with 16 games left I am not very optimistic about the Braves chances of making the post season. We have not played well on the road the entire year and Philly is 2 games up after last night’s game. It appears we have lost what swagger we had in July and August. Jair Jurrjens has lost it completely getting too many pitches up in the strike zone. Bobby needs to pitch someone else besides him down the stretch. I knew sooner or later Philly would catch fire and they did. By the way Philly fans … your Eagles need to start Vick on Sunday as he looked like the Vick of old when he was with Falcons. I watched the 2nd half of that game and he ignited the whole team. I am losing interest fast in baseball as our Braves are about to tank.

Someone help me out here .... A 4 game suspension for taking money for a jersey and he gave the money to charity? Isn't that a bit much ... I could see maybe 1 or 2 games but 4 ????? I have been told AJ Green is a class act compared to some of his teammates. What am I missing here. I have not done a lot of research on NCAA rules but 4 games is crazy in my opinion. Did he give the money to charity after it was exposed or something? I am a huge Ga. Fan maybe it is just me.
